Well established Belgrade Insurance Agency, specializing in individual and group benefits, is looking to expand our Sales Department and hire a fulltime Sales Specialist. The focus of the Sales Specialist position will be on developing new business, bid proposals, contracts and superior customer service, with the ability to work within tight deadlines.

Insurance experience is not necessary. Agency will assist in licensing and certifications.

Candidate must be computer savvy, with database and Microsoft Office Suite experience.

Working Hours and Conditions:

This position requires a Monday – Friday, 8 a.m-5 p.m. schedule with long periods of sitting at a desk. Some daytime and overnight travel may be required.

Must pass background check (paid by company), prior to employment.

Compensation:

In addition to a competitive base salary and commissions, we offer generous benefits and PTO.
